What Would Donald Trump Do?

What would Donald Trump do in today's market?  In my opinion he would BUY! BUY! BUY! 

Why?  To get right to the point, the prices are low and the selection is great.  For instance, take Compass Lake in the Hills.  This is a lovely area just south of Marianna FL with two beautiful lakes, an equestrian facility, and a great restaurant, among other things.  The average sales price on a 1 acre lot is 12,500 compared to 21,000 a year ago.  One acre assures you that you can build your home with plenty of room to spare.  You won't have to worry about reaching out of your window and touching your neighbor's house, like so many subdivisions in South Florida.  Since most of the lots are wooded there would be ample coverage to provide shade instead of building your house in an area where the sun beats down directly on your roof day after day.  Compass Lake in the Hills is also conveniently located to the new airport which is scheduled to open in Bay County in late 2009.  So, you can't beat the value, but you can lose out if you wait.  Go ahead....do what The Donald would do!
